UPC Penetrating Guard is a single-component, penetrating sealer that protects polished concrete from stains and wear. This product does not form a film or gloss which provides a matte finish look to polished concrete. UPC Penetrating Guard Finish is breathable, therefore it performs well on concrete slabs with higher moisture vapor levels. UPC Penetrating Guard resists oil and food stains, and extends the life of polished concrete, as well as creating a surface that can be cleaned easily. Its hydrophobic properties repel water and oils. UPC Penetrating Guard is VOC compliant in all 50 states.

UPC Concrete Finish is a lithium-fortified, single-component, high-gloss sealer that protects polished concrete from stains and wear. This product features provide increased durability and extremely reflective surface and deep penetration to bond to concrete. UPC Concrete Finish is breathable, therefore it performs well on concrete slabs with higher moisture vapor levels. Concrete-Finish resists abrasion and wear, and extends the life of polished concrete, as well as creating a surface that can be burnished to easily remove scuffs and rubber markings. Its low VOC content makes this product environmentally friendly.

UPC Lithium Densifier is a lithium-fortified, single-component, deep-penetrating concrete treatment that provides for a significantly harder surface and extends the life of the concrete floor. Its design features provide higher stability and durability of the concrete substrate, reducing the cost of maintenance. This product is designed to be used during the grinding and polishing process without leaving residue or contributing to efflorescence in the concrete. UPC 7005 is the ideal product when a quick turnaround and a non-yellowing system are essential. This coating is the ideal topcoat for poly chip garage systems and other applications where high chemical resistance is required. UPC 5400 Underlayment Epoxy is an advanced, two-component high build epoxy flooring system. It is designed for use as a base coat or underlayment for leveling substrates. It is generally applied between 1/16” and 1/4” with silica. With the correct amount of silica, it is an excellent dry-pack material for sloping floors for drainage. UPC 5400 is usually used as an underlayment to make ready for approved cement products or UPC coating systems.
