UPC 151 (Floor Stripper) is a combination of powerful cleaning materials, ideal for removing hardened floor wax and built up layers of water-resistant plastic floor finishes. Floor Stripper is not recommended for use as a general-purpose floor cleaner, though use of the stripper as a spot cleaner while using a general-purpose floor cleaner is an excellent combination.

Application Instructions
Floor Stripper is powerful. Excessively strong concentrations on un-waxed floors may cause discoloration if the solution is left on the surface for long periods of time. Proper concentrations on waxed floors will not be harmful. Care should be taken to avoid splashing concentrated solution on baseboards or painted surfaces since spotting may occur.
To remove old wax or finish, sweep the area with a brush or dust mop. Use 20:1 with cold water. Apply solution with a mop or from a solutions tank on a rotary floor machine. Much faster removal will be achieved by using a floor machine and an abrasive pad.
If areas under desks and along walls have multiple coats of finish, it may be necessary to use a solution of 3:1 with water, followed by steel wooling. Pick up soiled scrubbing solution with a mop or wet pick-up vacuum. Rinse floor before re-waxing.
Safety
Consult UPC 151 material safety data sheet. Keep away from children. Use under normal atmospheric conditions in well-ventilated areas. Keep containers sealed when not in use.
